Support TFS 11

description

Make sure existing features all still work correctly.
 
Add support for at least the following new features:
 
Build Definitions:
  • Enabled/paused/disabled
  • Batching for Gated Check-Ins
  • Msbuild multiproc
  • Solution specific build outputs
  • (IBuildDefinition.AttachedProperties)
     
    From Ed Blankenship: "If we could have help with the comparing of the Agile and Common Configuration files in the Process Templates and live Team Projects, that would be super helpful in the TFS 11 support bucket as well!"
